Scottish born and currently Berlin based DJ/Producer Danny Berman (aka Red Rack’em/Hot Coins) has had a pretty hectic last few years. He performed at the Radio 1 Worldwide Awards, Snowbombing, Garden Festival, Glastonbury, The Big Chill and numerous clubnights around the world. He released massive house and disco records on labels including Tirk, Untracked, Home Taping, Undertones and his own Bergerac imprint. Danny is also an acclaimed remixer for artists such as Tricky, Jazzanova, Joubert Singers, Wave Machines, The Revenge, Ron Basejam and his Smugglers Inn radio show/podcast regularly pulls in thousands of listeners around the globe with upfront selections and guestmixes from the likes of Andy Blake and Greg Wilson. 2013 continues at a similar pace. The Hot Coins debut album ‘The Damage Is Done’ released on Sonar Kollektiv is already receiving rave reviews from Groove and De:Bug who awarded it album of month and now after almost 1,5 year he is finally coming back to Rotterdam!
It is already a decade ago that Khalil and Steven Pieters decided to join forces. A zillion back 2 back sets later it is clear they developed a signature sound that morphs both their spoken out characters and well seasoned musical taste into one solid aesthetic that is completely a thing of their own. This vibrant blend of mind penetrating deephouse, flowing disco grooves and funky garage has earned them respect from crowds all over Europe. They bring warm and soulful sounds but always keep a freaky edge and a powerful hypnotic groove to it. Beside dj’ing and producing Khalil and Steven Pieters are also actively involved in the Triphouse Rotterdam collective (which includes a recordshop, radioshow, label and various events), promoting the underground house culture in their hometown and beyond.

Taylan Alan is a young and talented musician from Rotterdam with roots settled in Turkey. Ever since he found out about electronic music he has been fascinated by house music with a deep vibe. After years of observing his biggest heroes in the scene, he is now in the running of becoming one himself. The music he loves has a deep, funky and driving sound which guarantees to make you groove into the early morning hours. This upcoming artist knows how to bring the crowd into his own atmosphere.
